  1. Begin by slicing 2 pounds of flank or sirloin steak thinly against the grain. Place the sliced steak directly into your crock pot.
  2. Add one sliced green bell pepper, one sliced red bell pepper, one sliced yellow onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger to the crock pot.
  3. Pour in 1/3 cup of low sodium soy sauce, 1 cup of beef broth, and sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix ingredients well.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
