Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing your fresh strawberries and cucumbers under cold water. Hull the strawberries and slice them lengthwise into half-inch pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds or half-moons, making sure they are about the same thickness for even crunch.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
