Preparation

  6. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Let the bars cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
