  • 2 tbsp Spicy Mayo Mix regular mayo with sriracha
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Using a mandolin or sharp knife, thinly slice the English cucumber into uniform rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Place in a bowl with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
  2. In the bowl with the cucumber, add the imitation crab meat, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and spicy mayo. Toss in freshly cracked pepper.
  3. Secure the lid on the bowl and shake gently for about 30 seconds to combine all ingredients.
  4. Slice the avocado into thin wedges and arrange them on top of the salad mixture. Drizzle more spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds or pickled ginger.
  5. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
