Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, and breadcrumbs. Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and slightly chunky.
  3. Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each salmon pocket with stuffing, securing edges with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear stuffed salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and stuffing is heated.
  7. Serve with fresh lemon wedges to squeeze over the salmon.
