  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Carefully place the lobster tails on a cutting board, shell-side down, and cut each tail in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
  4. Coat the exposed meat of each lobster tail with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for drizzling later.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet with the meat side facing up and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle reserved garlic butter over the tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
