- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and cool.

- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Toss the cooled potato wedges in the marinade until evenly coated. Let them soak in the flavors for a few minutes.
- Place the marinated potatoes on the grill, cooking for 7-10 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from grill and toss with remaining marinade and parsley before serving.
