Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of powdered peanut butter, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture onto the tray, spacing each scoop about an inch apart.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer for 10 to 20 minutes or until the bites are solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  5. Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each bite into the melted chocolate using a fork.
  6. Place the coated bites back on the parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  7. Transfer the tray back to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  8. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
