Dressing Preparation

Crouton Making
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the bread into cubes, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and Parmesan. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Salad Preparation
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, tear into pieces, and place in a large bowl. Add the cooled croutons and the chilled dressing. Toss until well mixed.
