Cooking Steps
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Chop the fresh broccoli, onion, and bacon. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Combine the dressing with the cooled pasta, broccoli, and onion. Mix gently to coat.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle bacon on top and stir again to combine.
