Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Radish Quiche Recipe
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take your pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Blind bake the crust for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat and sauté sliced radishes and chopped arugula for about 8 minutes until tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine duck eggs, milk, cream cheese, ¼ cup of feta, and herbes de Provence and whisk until smooth.
