Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 package of vanilla pudding mix, and 1 cup of ice-cold water until smooth.
  2. Melt ½ cup of Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds, then mix into the pudding base.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the pudding mixture.
  4. Spread one-third of the pudding mixture in a trifle dish, layer half of the crumbled Biscoff cookies and banana slices on top.
  5. Repeat layering with another third of the pudding mixture, remaining Biscoff cookies, and banana slices, finishing with pudding.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably 6-8 hours.
  7. Before serving, crush Biscoff cookies and sprinkle on top, adding fresh banana slices and a drizzle of cookie butter.
