- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and press into the baking dish. Optionally bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or leave unbaked.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in lemon pudding until well combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip gently and spread over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Spread blueberry pie filling over the lemon mixture evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and garnish with extra blueberries or lemon zest before serving.
