Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with half the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in peppermint extract, and pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. In the same saucepan, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Pour this over white chocolate layer and swirl together gently.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  7. Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan, cut into squares and serve.
