  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries hulled and mashed
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Fizz
  • 2 cups Sparkling Water or Club Soda or lemon-lime soda for sweetness
Sweetening
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Simple Syrup optional, to taste
Serving
  • as needed Ice Cubes preferably larger cubes
  • as needed Garnishes such as strawberry slices, citrus wheels, or mint sprigs

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Hull and mash the fresh strawberries in a mixing bowl until they are juicy and have a chunky puree consistency.
  2. Juice one large orange and half a lemon using a citrus juicer to obtain about a quarter cup of each juice.
  3. Combine the strawberry puree with the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juices in a large mixing jug, stirring until well blended.
  4. Taste the mixture and add honey or simple syrup as desired, starting with one tablespoon and adjusting to your preference.
  5. Gently pour the sparkling water or club soda into the mixture and stir slowly to preserve the fizz.
  6. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  7. Garnish each glass with fresh strawberry slices, citrus wheels, and a sprig of mint before serving.
