Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by crushing about 24 Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted unsalted butter, mixing until thoroughly blended. Press into a 13x9 dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water. Puree blueberries with Greek yogurt in a blender. Mix the blueberry puree into the gelatin. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and fold in whipped cream. Pour over the chilled Oreo crust and chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Prepare the strawberry jello layer by slicing fresh strawberries and arranging them over the set blueberry layer. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, add iced water, and pour over strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Once set, remove the dessert from the refrigerator. Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy chilled.
