Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine quick oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1.5 cups of the crumble mixture and press the rest into the prepared baking pan; bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture over the baked crust, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top and press it down, then add the M&Ms.
  7. Bake for an additional 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 30-60 minutes before slicing into squares.
