Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, shredded cheese, fresh spinach, and chopped onion. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry until it measures approximately 14x12 inches and slice it into 12 equal squares.
  5. Grease a standard muffin tin and press each pastry square into the muffin cups.
  6. Spoon the ham mixture into each pastry-lined muffin cup, then pour the egg mixture over the fillings until about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the egg filling is set.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
