  2. Prep Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry. Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat with olive oil and rub seasoning evenly.
  3. Grill Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Add Mozzarella: When chicken is almost cooked, place thick mozzarella slices on top. Close lid to melt cheese, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Transfer chicken to a platter, layer fresh tomato slices and basil, then drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
