Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place them evenly in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Florida Orange Juice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cubed bread and gently press down to absorb the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix with nuts and additional cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Remove the wrap, sprinkle the nut topping over the casserole and bake for 40-45 minutes.
