For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips Use milk chocolate for a sweeter option.
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Peanuts Substitute with almonds or omit for a nut-free treat.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and blueberries with Greek yogurt. Stir until evenly distributed, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into ¼ to ⅓ cup rounds on a parchment-lined sheet pan, ensuring space in between. Aim for uniform sizes.
  3. Transfer the sheet pan to the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt bite generously.
  6. Sprinkle finely chopped peanuts over the chocolate-covered bites and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  7. Return the sheet pan to the freezer for an additional 2 to 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Gently remove the frozen bites from the parchment paper and either serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
