Cooking Steps

  3. Husk the fresh corn on the cob, removing the outer layers and silk, and break in half if desired.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously all over each ear of corn.
  5. Grill the coated corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and avoid burning.
  6. Once grilled, remove the corn and drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the ears before serving.
