  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
For the Skewers
  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, chopped cilantro and parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Place shrimp into a separate bowl and pour in about ¾ of the marinade. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread each shrimp onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F). Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Remove skewers from the grill and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
