Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper, mix well, and let it cool slightly.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese into the warm beef mixture and let it cool further.
  5. Melt unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic. Optionally, add chopped parsley.
  6. Flatten each biscuit dough into a 4-5 inch round.
  7. Place 2 tablespoons of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough round and seal carefully.
  8. Brush each ball with garlic butter mixture and roll in grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes and brush with leftover garlic butter, garnishing with parsley if desired.
