- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add ground beef, cook until browned, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese until melted. Let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten biscuit dough rounds to 1/4 inch thick. Place a scoop of beef mixture and cheese in center, then seal edges and shape into a ball. Place on baking sheet seam-side down.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over tops of each bomb.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
