Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the garlic red potatoes under cold running water and cut them into 1-inch pieces.

  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast for about 15 minutes.
  5. Trim the ends of the fresh green beans.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, and dried thyme.
  7. Remove the potato tray from the oven and add the prepared green beans. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over both.
  8. Toss the vegetables together gently and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
  10. Let the Garlic Potatoes and Green Beans rest for about 2 minutes before serving.
