- Prepare Lasagna Sheets: Cook pasta sheets according to package instructions, drain and lay on a kitchen towel.
- Create Ricotta Filling: Combine ricotta cheese with parsley and salt in a bowl until blended.
- Layer the Lasagna: In a baking dish, alternate layers of meat sauce, pasta sheets, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Finish with mozzarella on top.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
