- Wash and peel the carrots, trimming the ends. Toss the cleaned carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the carrots directly onto the preheated grill in a single layer. Grill for about 5 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
- Prepare the glaze in a small bowl by whisking together honey, brown sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
