  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Parsley Freshly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Can substitute with smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers Any variety
  • 1 large Onion Cut into wedges

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add half of the Cowboy Butter mixture to the cubed chicken and toss to coat.
  4. Prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell peppers and onion into chunks.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
  6. Carefully place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
