  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika regular paprika can be used
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to your spice preference
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve with extra lemon juice, alongside a salad or dipping sauce.
