  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a lower-calorie substitute.

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill Dried dill works but fresh is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional but adds richness.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Optional for flavor complexity.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Vinegar can be an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Nutritional yeast can replace for dairy-free.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the Grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F (175°C). Prepare your ingredients for efficient cooking.
  2. Grill the sausages for about 12-15 minutes, rotating them to ensure even cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  3. Prepare the vegetables by chopping into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a grill basket.
  4. Grill the vegetables for about 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally until they are charred and tender.
  5. Make the creamy dill dip by combining mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  6. Serve the grilled sausages and vegetables on a platter, drizzled with the creamy dill dip.
