  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Omit if not preferred.
  • 1 Juice Lime Lemon can be used as a substitute.
For the Lime Crema
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
  • 1 Juice Lime
For the Tacos
  • 8 Corn Tortillas Warm them up before serving.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F).
  2. Generously season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Grill corn for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  4. Combine grilled corn, diced red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice, season with salt and pepper for the crema.
  6. Warm corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Slice rested steak and layer on warm tortillas. Top with corn pico and lime crema.
