  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper adjust to taste
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use panko for extra crispiness

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking your rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, until fluffy. Peel and devein the shrimp, setting aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shrimp, lump crab meat, and peas. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and seasonings. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the seafood mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with olive oil until lightly coated. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese layer.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop onto plates and enjoy.
