Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Chop the broccoli into uniform florets.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and broccoli, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
