Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, pat dry, and rub with olive oil.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, and massage into ribs. Let rest while preheating oven.
  3. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake the covered ribs for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  4. Prepare the glaze by simmering honey, sliced jalapeños, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and optional red pepper flakes until thick.
  5. Brush the glaze over cooked ribs and broil or grill for 3 to 5 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Allow ribs to rest for 5 minutes, then slice between the bones for serving.
