Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake the flatbreads for about 8 minutes until lightly crisped and golden.
  4. Layer slices of mozzarella and halved cherry tomatoes on the baked flatbreads.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle fresh basil over the flatbreads, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and add more seasoning if desired.
  7. Slice into desired pieces and serve immediately.
