Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cake mix, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes, then invert it onto a powdered sugar-dusted kitchen towel.
- Gently roll the cake using the towel as a guide, letting it cool completely in a rolled shape.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter, marshmallow creme, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Unroll the cake and spread the filling evenly over the surface.
- Re-roll the cake and place seam-side down. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
