Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) with the muffin tin inside for about 10 minutes.
  2. Blend 6 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove the hot muffin tin and add about 1 tablespoon of butter to each muffin cup to coat.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into each muffin cup, filling them halfway full, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown, avoiding opening the oven door.
