  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows Can substitute with halved regular-sized marshmallows.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Powdered Sugar Bag: Pour powdered sugar into a gallon-sized freezer bag and set it aside.
  2. Melt the Chocolate Mixture: Combine chocolate chips with Nutella (or peanut butter) and microwave for 30 seconds; stir and repeat until smooth.
  3. Combine the Cereals: In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of Golden Grahams and all of the Chex cereal well.
  4. Fold in the Marshmallows: Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate mixture and stir gently.
  5. Coat the Cereal Mixture: Pour the chocolate and marshmallow mixture over the cereal blend and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Shake and Coat: Transfer the mixture into the powdered sugar bag, seal, and shake for about 1 minute.
  7. Add Remaining Ingredients: Fold in additional Golden Grahams and mini marshmallows, shaking gently.
  8. Cool Before Serving: Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and cool for 5-10 minutes.
