  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips or dairy-free chocolate chips

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper to help prevent sticking.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined sheet and spread it out evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  4. Distribute 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries over the yogurt layer and gently press them in.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt ½ cup of dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries and yogurt.
  7. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  8. Remove from the freezer, lift out using the parchment, and cut into pieces before serving.
