- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds, toss with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and basil. Mix until smooth.
- Fold the dried zucchini into the mixture along with half of the panko breadcrumbs and crumbled feta cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and sprinkle remaining panko breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
