  • 8 mini bagels Halved mini bagels any type will do, including whole grain
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk can use non-dairy milk
  • 8 slices Bacon can substitute with turkey bacon
For the Creamy Layer
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese softened, can use dairy-free for vegan option
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese can mix in favorite cheeses
For Seasoning and Flavor
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper or white pepper for milder option
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Onion or use fresh onions if preferred
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic or fresh minced garlic for more flavor

  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds optional but recommended
  • 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds optional, can mix or trade with sesame seeds

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 8 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, kosher salt, black pepper, and chives until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Cook 8 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet, cooking undisturbed for 2 minutes, then gently stir until fully set and fluffy, around 5 minutes.
  5. Spread softened cream cheese on the halved bagels, then pile on scrambled eggs and bacon pieces, topping with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Brush the assembled sliders with melted butter and sprinkle with dried onion, granulated garlic, sesame and poppy seeds.
  7. Bake the sliders for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and bagels are light brown.
