- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 8 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, kosher salt, black pepper, and chives until well combined and fluffy.
- Cook 8 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet, cooking undisturbed for 2 minutes, then gently stir until fully set and fluffy, around 5 minutes.
- Spread softened cream cheese on the halved bagels, then pile on scrambled eggs and bacon pieces, topping with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Brush the assembled sliders with melted butter and sprinkle with dried onion, granulated garlic, sesame and poppy seeds.
- Bake the sliders for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and bagels are light brown.
