Method
 

Steps
  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together apple cider vinegar, water, vegetable oil, brown sugar, kosher salt, crushed red pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Reserve half cup of marinade for basting and coat ribs in the remaining marinade in a resealable bag. Marinate for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to 250°F (120°C) and remove ribs from marinade. Pat dry for better searing.
  4. Grill ribs over indirect heat for 50 to 60 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelized and reaching 160°F (71°C).
  5. Baste ribs with reserved marinade during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
  6. Rest the ribs for 5 to 10 minutes after grilling before slicing and serving.
