- Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F.
- Pat the chicken legs dry using paper towels.
- Butterfly the chicken legs by cutting along both sides of the bone.
- Sprinkle dry rub, salt, and pepper over the butterflied chicken legs.
- Place the seasoned chicken legs on the grill, skin-side up, and cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Baste one side with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken legs, baste the other side with BBQ sauce, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
