Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat, around 500°F (260°C), for about 10-15 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in the lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Arrange the oysters on the grill, flat-side up, and grill for 2-3 minutes until edges curl.
- Spoon lemon butter sauce generously onto each oyster and grill for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and parsley.
