Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, ketchup, dry bread crumbs, water, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking dish.
  4. Spread a thin layer of additional ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
