Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top of each triangle (optional).
- Layer three slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangular piece of dough, followed by half a mozzarella string cheese stick.
- Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up tightly towards the point, enclosing the filling snugly inside.
- Brush the tops of each rolled crescent with melted butter, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the tops.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with extra marinara or sauce.

Notes
Roll tightly to prevent cheese leakage and monitor baking time for the perfect crust. Assemble ahead and refrigerate for quick snacks, or freeze for later use.
