Croutons
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, fine sea salt, and black pepper. Toss in the bread cubes until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden brown.
Dressing
- While the croutons are baking, mash one clove of minced garlic with a pinch of salt into a paste. Whisk in mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly
- Once the croutons are done, add the chopped romaine to a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss gently. Add croutons on top and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
