Croutons
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, fine sea salt, and black pepper. Toss in the bread cubes until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden brown.
Dressing
  1. While the croutons are baking, mash one clove of minced garlic with a pinch of salt into a paste. Whisk in mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Once the croutons are done, add the chopped romaine to a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss gently. Add croutons on top and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
