- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse graham crackers to yield about two cups of fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Pour the crust mixture into the baking dish, pressing down to create a firm base.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour over the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until edges look set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Scatter miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips on top immediately after baking.
- Switch to the broil setting and broil for about 3 minutes, watching closely.
- Let cool slightly for 10 minutes, then lift brownies out using parchment and cool completely before slicing.
