- In your trusty crock pot, combine 1 cup of white jasmine rice, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Add 2 cups of chicken stock along with 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and a sprinkle of black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts directly on top of the rice mixture. Do not stir; let the chicken rest on the creamy rice base.
- Sprinkle one packet of Lipton® onion soup mix over the chicken. Then, add 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley on top. Do not stir.
- Cover the crock pot with its lid tightly. Cook on HIGH for 3½ hours or LOW for 5-6 hours. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
- After cooking, carefully remove the lid and serve the tender chicken alongside the creamy rice, scooping up the luscious sauce.
